Friends, mountaineers, UIMLA guides, based in Slavakia (European Union). We will be your partners and mentors on treks and expeditions. We are preparing events for you in the world's high mountains as well as in our beautiful Tatras.
Experiences
We both have many years of experience in the mountains, whether on treks, climbing expeditions, or sports projects. Spending all our free time in the mountains and guiding friends and mountain enthusiasts in this environment has become our profession.
We are here to pass on our experience, whether on high-altitude treks, expeditions, or various mountain courses in our beautiful home mountains.
Professionalism, safety, education
We believe that movement in the mountains should be primarily safe. That’s why every one of us who will guide you in the mountains is an experienced mountaineer with professional international mountain education. This education is completed with an international license from the Union of International Mountain Leader Associations.
Each of our guides has experience with altitude, first aid, mountain rescue, navigation, avalanche safety, meteorology, movement in mountain terrain, working with ropes and climbing gear, and many other mountain disciplines.
Reliability
In Nepal, India, and Pakistan, we work with reliable and long-established local partners who will do everything possible to meet your needs and ensure your safety. Naturally, this is done with respect to the country's capabilities, given conditions, and other factors.
TREK FELLOWS
For a long time, the idea of guiding in the world’s high mountains has been simmering within us. During our training in mountaineering, COVID caught us by surprise. So, the mountain travel agency project kicked off in the spring of 2022, with our first spring season in the Himalayas.
We don’t do a large number of trips around the world; we focus on places where we understand the environment the most and where we can provide the greatest added value to our clients. We organize 10–12 treks or expeditions each year. And we love it!

My domain is climbing in high mountains. I have participated in numerous expeditions in the Pamirs, Himalayas, and Karakoram. Most recently, in July 2019, I stood on the Rocky Summit of Broad Peak (8039 m) in Pakistan.
I studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and worked for many years in prestigious advertising agencies in Bratislava and Prague. I am also the recipient of several global awards for creativity. However, my lifelong love for the mountains led me to become an international mountain leader with UIMLA.
I also enjoy trail running, ski mountaineering, hiking, cross-country and mountain biking, climbing, and basically anything that can be done in the mountains.
I graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava, Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology. My focus was on geomorphology, meteorology, and climatology. I continued my studies with a PhD in Physical Geography, Geoecology, and Geoinformatics. My scientific work was dedicated to researching high-altitude environments, particularly snow and avalanches.
At the university, I lectured on topics related to natural hazards and risks in the landscape (extreme weather events). As part of my deep personal interest in glaciation in the High Tatras, I participated in sample collection for dating the last glaciation. Additionally, as part of my dissertation work, I compared the chronostratigraphic divisions of the Tatra Quaternary with global samples from the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets, as well as fossilized Foraminifera organisms.In 2015, the most significant research, worked on by an international team of experts, was published. I had the honor of writing a separate chapter for it. I have collaborated with several expeditions in the Himalayas as a meteorologist. Recently, I obtained the qualification of an International Mountain Leader (UIMLA), which I would like to use to share knowledge from both my scientific and mountaineering fields of interest.
